This is the very first dental office, in my ENTIRE life (and I'm 76 years old!) that I will be returning to. It took over 15 years to get over my fear from the previous dental care I received before I walked into Dunn & Platt. Dr. Dunn and his staff are all remarkable in that they are friendly, professional, caring, and do everything to make me comfortable. Dr. Dunn makes sure I am comfortable, and he is extremely gentle. I could not believe I have no fear of going to the dentist, thanks to Dr. Dunn. The dental care is exceptional. I will be returning for a cleaning in a few more months, and will happily be there!

Dr. Dunn is the best dentist I've had in about 20 years. He's meticulous, knowledgeable, personable and a dentist, first, rather than a self-promoting salesperson with a marketing degree who just happens to practice dentistry.

His patients and staff seem to feel the same way I do. It's a busy practice but they accommodated me well based on need and I appreciate how professional and friendly the staff is. I drive an hour each way rather than the 1.5 mile drive from my previous dentist, who could take lessons from Dr. Dunn, no doubt.

I came to Dunn & Platts Dental after almost 5 years of no dental care. Their staff was very understanding and accommodating of my situation, quickly got me in for an initial consultation and a cleaning to follow. My biggest fear of going back to the dentist after such a long time was the potential shaming and disappointment I would get from a dentistry team, however, Dr. Platts and their entire office staff have been very welcoming and have never made me feel ashamed for neglecting my oral health. They have been very kind and are only interested in getting my teeth back to a good clean state and back on track!

In the few fillings I have had done, Dr. Platts and the assistants were very attentive to my comfort, they certainly put my fears of pain aside by ensuring I had enough anesthetic and talking me through each step of the process. As a person who has dreaded and feared going to the dentist, I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing high quality, compassionate dental care.

Whatever your dental needs, Dr. Dunn, in his calming, reassuring demeanor, will leave you with a thankfulness that you've trusted him! I had balked and stalled out of my fear of finding a dentist for my advanced-senior-with neglected needs. THEN a neighbor's referral brought me to Dr Dunn! From the staff making the appointments to the assistants and Dr. Dunn, my fears are gone and 'my dentist' is 'my friend'. Thank you Dr Dunn & Associates!

The BEST!

Dr. Platts took care of a couple of crowns that needed to be redone. He was quick, had a calming effect, I didn't feel any pain, and I had no issues with the work. I have my personal issues and he was very patient with me and I appreciate that very much. I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentist in the past. And it looks like those days are over! I also had a cleaning with Christy. She was very gentle and very thorough. The conversation was good but not too much. All in all I'm very happy with the care I've received in this office.
